First up, a bit of sad, yet expected news from the north. The Pajarito Summerfest, the annual beer festival on the mountain above Los Alamos that usually runs the first weekend of June, has been canceled due to the fire danger. Hopefully things will be clear for Ullr Fest in the fall, which is one of our favorite outdoor events.

Anyway, I’m gonna be on vacation again later this week, so please, no breaking news while I am gone. Just have a nice, peaceful, normal week.

Bow & Arrow tapped more Lavaland (Zwickelbier), and also added the latest in its draft-only Beer League series, a Dip-hopped Rye Lager. Boxing Bear gets down with Low Blow Hefeweizen. Canteen tapped Hazy Vision DIPA. Downshift brought Barleypop American Lager up from Ruidoso to Outpost 1706, with Bread & Water Pilsner and Stop & Smell the Berries IPA due out later this week. Ex Novo tapped Summadat, a fruited wheat beer with raspberries and lemon juice. La Cumbre added a new DIPA, Pursuit of Passion. Steel Bender will tap The Skinny (IPA) on Thursday. Up in Santa Fe, Hidden Mountain tapped Mind Fuzz IPA. Over in Los Alamos, Bathtub Row added Irish Red Ale. Further north, Red River Brewing tapped Wreckreational Hazy IPA. Down south, Truth or Consequences will tap Omega Haze IPA on Thursday.

Bow & Arrow will roll out Rancho Light Lager on Friday. Canteen will have Citranova cans by Friday, after it went on tap last week. La Cumbre unveils the Summer Edition of Project Dank on Friday. Marble drops cans of Guava Wheat Ale today (Wednesday). Second Street recently brought back Sloppy Sloth Southern Passion Hazy IPA.
