Distance is the enemy of the beer lover. Often times great beer is tapped too far from where you live, forcing you to stay at home and bitterly wonder what might have been. Many in Santa Fe probably found themselves in this situation when they saw Victory at Sea Day will be happening down here in Albuquerque at Nob Hill Bar & Grill on Saturday, Jan. 30.
Ballast Point’s New Mexico sales manager Thomas DeCaro is not about to let down the City Different, so now he is proud to announce a second Victory at Sea Day for Santa Fe on Thursday, Feb. 11 at 6 p.m. The Violet Crown Cinemas will serve as the host location for this second tap takeover, featuring the original Victory at Sea and four variants, including the rare Elijah Craig Barrel-Aged VaS. There will also be two Sculpin variants and Blackberry Sour Wench for those who are not into the darker end of the beer spectrum.
Additional info will be provided as we get closer to the day of the event. Prices have not yet been set for this one, but should be soon.
Enjoy yourselves, Santa Feans!
Cheers!
