We do have some pretty big events this week, including what we have already previewed in terms of Marble’s anniversary week, and we will have a big separate preview of the first Brewers & Distillers Cup later this week. That event, a combined beer/spirits/wine festival and five-on-five soccer tournament (featuring brewery staff members on the teams) will take place Saturday at Balloon Fiesta Park. In addition to all of that, we have a few other notable events, including an adoption pop-up for Watermelon Mountain Ranch at Gravity Bound on Saturday, and a few new beers in a relatively light week for new releases.
Brew Lab 101 tapped a special tribute beer, To the Max Pilsner, and Sunburst Orange Pomegranate Cider. Canteen switched over to Peach Cider. Downshift brought its Stay Cordial (Chocolate Cherry Milk Stout) to Outpost 1706. Gravity Bound tapped more of its Munich Dunkel, Subtitles On. La Cumbre is playing a Bittersweet Symphony with its new imperial red. Rumor added fresh batches of Diablo del Oro, Dean’s Pale Ale, and Desert Monk.
Up in Santa Fe, Beer Creek tapped End of the Line Brown IPA. Chile Line added Lager 420, a smoked marzen, and Chingazo, a pineapple chipotle sour.
Boxing Bear brings back Totally Cereal Hazy IPA today (Wednesday) at all locations. Marble rolls out Hoppy Birthdaze, its anniversary hazy DIPA today (Wednesday) at all three taprooms. Red Door brings back Tropical Synonyms Hazy IPA this week. Rowley Farmhouse Ales also gets hoppy with 8.5 x 11 West Coast DIPA.

Today (Wednesday) — Boxing Bear West Downtown is celebrating its third anniversary from 3 p.m. onward. High Desert Flameworks will be giving glass-blowing demos and giveaways, plus DJ Aimie Jane will spin from 6 to 9, and two food trucks will be on site.
Friday — Gin & Jazz returns to Tractor Wells Park starting at 5 p.m. The jazz will provided by Last Call, followed by Eddie Brewer and the Manic Episodes.
Saturday — The Brewers & Distillers Cup runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $20 apiece and available online.
Gravity Bound will host a Watermelon Mountain Ranch adoption pop-up from noon to 3 p.m.
Bosque North will host the Treat Yourself Wellness Market from 2 to 6 p.m. There will be six different vendors, and you can get $1 off the new version of Elephants on Parade, both pints and six-packs.
Sunday — Marble’s anniversary week concludes with the Monsoon Music Festival on the downtown stage from noon to 7 p.m.
