What was once mainly a holiday for New Orleans and surrounding areas, Mardi Gras has spilled over into the mainstream across the country. Some of our breweries didn’t feel like being left out, but let’s face it, drawing big crowds on a Tuesday can be pretty tough (though two listed below will give it a shot). Instead, most are throwing themed parties this weekend. Hey, it’s not like you have football to watch, the Lobos are sinking fast, and the Aggies are done for the season a little early. So get on out that, grab some beads (tastefully, please), and party down, Cajun style.
